SearchRx

A web application to search, browse, and compare pharmaceutical drug labels pulled from the FDA and EMA — with semantic and vector search on top of an Elasticsearch index, and the ability for logged-in users to upload private labels for comparison.

Built as a Harvard University Extension School Software Engineering capstone on top of the 2022 Drug Label Explorer (DLE). Django + Postgres + Elasticsearch, with Algolia Instantsearch widgets on the frontend, all packaged for Docker deployment.
